2009 District AGM and Presentation Evening
The District Scout Council held it's Annual General Meeting and Presentation Evening on Monday 8th June 2009 at 2nd Malvern Scout Group's Headquaters just off Spring Lane, Malvern (next to Rugby Club).
The evening was split into three parts (with approximate timings as shown):
Presentation to Beavers, Cubs and their Leaders (7:20 to 8:00) [photos in Presentation 1 below]
Annual General Meeting (8:00 to 8:40)
Presentations to Scouts, Explorers and their Leaders (8:40 to 9:00) [photos in Presentation 2 below]
Photographs were taken of all awards and summaries (low quality previews) are available to download below as part of a slideshow of the two presentations (1.25Mb and 0.5Mb respectively).
